Rent the Brick Church

Building use fees :

Use of sanctuary for larger gatherings: $250. 

Church Members: Small private functions up to 4 hours: $35; 

Non-church members: Small private functions up to 4 hours $65 

Not-for-Profit (401 c 3 Organizations): Small functions up to 4 hours $35 

Any for-profit small gathering use of building or grounds facilities: $200 (in addition to the Sanctuary fee if use is required)

The custodial/cleaning fee is $100 to cover real costs (across the board in all single use rental categories). Church members may request to self-clean after building use.

*If cleaning is desired in advance of event, the $100 fee will apply twice (before & after).
